DELIVERY & RETURNS
All UK orders include free postage!
Most items are made to order and will be posted within 3 working days, unless otherwise stated in the item description. Please get in touch if you have an urgent order and I will do my best to accommodate you.
All items are posted using Royal Mail First Class post and orders over £50 will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
You can select these alternative postage options at the checkout if you so wish:
- 1st Class Recorded Delivery - £2.50 (for orders under £50)
- Special Delivery - £6.50
Postage to Europe will be charged at a rate of £4.00 and Worldwide (USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand) is £4.50.
International orders are most welcome, however the recipients are responsible for local taxes and customs fees and are also responsible for any return fees if a package is refused. Deliveries to Europe usually take between 4-7 working days and the rest of the world between 5-10 working days, however these times are not guaranteed and items may take longer than this.

If you have any queries regarding purchases, payment or products please email me via the contacts page or directly at firstname.lastname@example.org, leaving your details and a phone number if you wish to speak to me and I will call / email you back you as soon as possible.
Sterling Silver, Gold Filled and Rose Gold Filled items will be packaged in a Gimmy Designs branded gift box, all other items will be wrapped in tissue paper and in an organza bag. All items are also packaged in a sealed padded envelope for extra protection.
I want you to be perfectly happy with your purchase. However if you have any problems with your item(s) once received, please let me know as soon as possible and I will only be too happy to replace any goods that are unsatisfactory.
Items must be returned unworn, in the perfect condition that it was sent within 14 days of delivery, together with the original packaging. Please obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office and ensure that your name and address are enclosed together with the reasons for your return. On its safe return I will refund the monies, in the same format it was originally paid for. The return postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser (unless the item is faulty).
All items are sent out in good condition but if for some reason the items arrive damaged or faulty I will of course refund or replace the items without cost to you. Please notify me of your intention to return items within 48 hours of receipt and again any refund etc will be made once the items are returned and received.
PLEASE NOTE: Refunds are not possible on earrings due to hygiene reasons. Bespoke or personalised items are also non refundable.
